Clark D. Moore, MD,

Clark D. Moore, MD, has served as the senior and founding partner of Carolina Musculoskeletal Associates PA, a multi-specialty medical/surgical/radiological group located in Aiken, South Carolina since 1980. In 1997, Dr. Moore was a founding director of People's Community Bank, and served on its board until its 2005 merger and consolidation into First Citizens Bank and Trust Co. of South Carolina. He also has served as a director of Aiken Regional Medical Centers and Hitchcock Healthcare. He is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, and trained in orthopedics at the Medical College of Virginia. He received his medical doctorate from St. Louis University, a masters degree from Loyola University, and a bachelor of the arts degree from the University of Illinois where he was an Evans Scholar. He is a recipient of the Palmetto Award from the former Governor of South Carolina, The Honorable James Hodges.

Deborah L. Brooks, is a successful entrepreneur and business woman with extensive experience in many different types of business endeavors. From 1993 until its sale in May 2007, Ms. Brooks owned Eulalie Salley & Co., a prominent real estate firm with offices in Aiken, Lexington, and Hilton Head, South Carolina. Ms. Brooks also served as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch from 2007 to 2009. She currently owns Fun-In-The-Sun Properties in Hilton Head, SC and is a partner in Cedar Creek Development Corporation in Aiken, SC. From 1985 to 1989, Ms. Brooks was a realtor in the McLean, Virginia area and, from 1981 to 1985, she owned Affordables, a jewelry importing company, which presented jewelry shows throughout government offices. From 1971 to 1981, she was a partner in Staff Builders of Washington, DC, a leading temporary help service with five offices. Ms. Brooks graduated from InterAmerican University in Puerto Rico in 1970.
Randy L. Carmon

Randy L. Carmon, is VistaBank’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. This is Mr. Carmon’s second de novo bank opened since 2000. Mr. Carmon has more than 32 years of bank management experience in finance and operations. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President and Retail Market Leader with South Carolina Bank and Trust (SCBT). He served from 2000 to 2005 as Chief Operating Officer of Sun Bancshares, Inc. and SunBank, N.A., a de novo bank holding company and bank located in Georgetown County, South Carolina. He was responsible for all financial, operational and administrative processes required for approval of both entities. Mr. Carmon is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, the Graduate Banking School of the South at Louisiana State University, the BAI Graduate Program of Operations and Technology at Vanderbilt University, the University of Georgia Bank Operations School, and the South Carolina Bankers School. Mr. Carmon is very involved in South Carolina banking serving on boards/committees of both the South Carolina Banker’s Association and the Independent Bankers of South Carolina.

C.S. (Deno) Chrysostom, D.M.D., has been president of Chrysostom Family Dentistry since 1981. Dr. Chrysostom graduated from the College of Dental Medicine in Charleston, SC with multiple honors in 1976. From 1976 to the present, he has served as a member of the American Dental Association, the South Carolina Dental Association, the Greater Columbia Dental Association, and the Mid-Carolina Dental Study. In 1977 he received both the International College of Dentists Award and the Pediatric Dentistry Award. He is also a member and 2007 award recipient of the Pierre Fauchard Dental Academy. Dr. Chrysostom is a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Columbia, S.C and past President of their Parish Council.

Paul R. Dusenbury, is VistaBank’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Dusenbury served as chief financial officer and treasurer of CNB Corporation from 1985 until 2006, and also as the executive vice president, chief financial officer, and cashier of CNB's subsidiary, The Conway National Bank, an $800 million financial institution located in coastal South Carolina. He served on the boards of directors of both The Conway National Bank and CNB Corporation. Prior to coming to Conway National in 1982, he served as a bank examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Atlanta Office. Mr. Dusenbury holds a bachelor of science in financial management from Clemson University. He is active in the United Methodist Church and in various community, school, and civic activities.

Nini S. Patheja, M.D., has been the co owner of Aiken Ophthalmology since 2000. Dr. Patheja received his medical doctorate from Indiana University School of Medicine, and a bachelor of the arts degree from Duke University. Dr. Patheja is a member of the Aiken Partnership Board of the University of South Carolina at Aiken. He is also a speaker on ophthalmological issues.

Timothy A. Pletcher, is the owner of Pletcher Group Appraisal and Property, LLC. Mr. Pletcher is also the consulting CEO of Carolina Musculoskeletal Institute, PA. Mr. Pletcher was Vice President of Operations for EZ-Go Textron from 1994 to 2004 when he retired. He spent much of his career in engineering and operations management, with assignments throughout the United States. Mr. Pletcher graduated from Michigan State university’s College of Engineering. He has studied advanced analysis techniques with General Electric Company and at Mankato State University. Mr. Pletcher holds a commercial pilots license and is a certified flight instructor.

E. Guy Shealy, Jr., has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of South Carolina since 1967 and has been a sole practitioner since 1986. Mr. Shealy graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1963 with a bachelor of science in accounting, and in 1967 with his MAcc. In 1978, Mr. Shealy became a Lexington Director of C & S National Bank of South Carolina, and served on the board until its merger with NCNB. He has served as the Chairman of Finance Committee for the Lexington County Hospital Board of Trustees. He currently serves on the Midlands Technical College Accounting / Banking & Finance Faculty Advisory Committee. In addition, Mr. Shealy is a member of the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Under the AICPA’s peer review program, Mr. Shealy has served as the technical oversight reviewer for the state of South Carolina since January, 1992.

Richard M. Unger, has more than 35 years of experience representing private, public and institutional developers, purchasers, equity investors and lenders. He is currently a partner with Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein, LLP’s Real Estate & Commercial Development Department Practice Group. Mr. Unger counsels clients in the development, acquisition, financing, operation, sale and leasing of all forms of commercial, industrial and residential real estate, with a particular emphasis on the resort development industry. Mr. Unger graduated from Wofford College in 1967 and received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of South Carolina in 1970. Mr. Unger is a frequent speaker and author on real estate development issues.

Herbert P. Witter, II, has served as president of Witter Construction, a residential and commercial construction company headquartered in Aiken, South Carolina since 1991, and also is currently president of Witter Management, a management consulting company, a position which he has held since 2001. Mr. Witter is a partner in Cedar Creek Development Corporation, a residential and golf course development of nearly 1,500 acres, and a partner in Grand Oaks of Aiken, a single family residential retirement community. Prior to founding Witter Construction, Mr. Witter held various positions with increasing responsibility in the construction industry. He is the chairman of the board of trustees for the South Carolina Home Builders Self Insurers Fund and has served in various positions for the Home Builders Association, including vice president, president, director, and national director. He has also twice been recognized as Builder of the Year and has been awarded the title of Master Builder of South Carolina.

Edward K. Woltz, Vice Chairman of the Board, has served as president of Sutton Marine, LLC, a boat dealership located in Aiken, South Carolina since 2004. He is also currently president of the Precision Group Inc., a group of auto care facilities operated under the name of Precision Tune Auto Care in the Aiken, South Carolina and Augusta, Georgia markets since 1989. Mr. Woltz holds a BBA degree from the University of Georgia and has lived in Aiken since 1987. He served as past chairman of the City of Aiken Planning Commission and is currently on the board of directors of Hitchcock Health Care.
